Here is a brief overview about our home buying experience and how happy we are with Paul Aragon and Associates. We first met Mr. Aragon at a home in August of 2008 that had a sign out front which my wife and I were interested in seeing. Paul set up a meeting within 24 hours after calling him and that was the start of our home buying relationship. We knew then when a broker sets up a meeting and communicates that quickly we were dealing with the most professional and courteous broker we had ever met. Paul was continuously on top of things. His constant communications with us on market advice and new listings kept us current and also made us feel that he definitely had our best interests at heart.

After seeing many homes and going on many journeys with Paul to find the right home, we finally found a home in October and made an offer. Our offer was out bid within a few days which put us back in the hunt. We finalized all the paperwork and closed the transaction in January of 2009. All during this time, Paul was there every step of the way with sound advice, encouragement, and uplifting phone calls practically every day. He made every effort to explain the critical timelines and made us feel that he was there to protect our rights during this transaction. Paul’s tireless efforts during this time made the transaction go smoothly and ultimately made us very happy.
